Unopened Product Returns

 30-Day Return Eligibility
We accept returns of factory-sealed, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements:

  • Original undamaged packaging with intact hygiene seals
  • Proof of purchase (order number/email)
  • Return authorization obtained via our secure portal

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (even if resealed)
  • Damaged packaging compromising product sterility
  • Customized/personalized items

All products are factory-sealed using medical-grade sterilization (FDA 21 CFR 801 compliant). Any broken seal voids return eligibility to ensure customer safety.

⚠️ Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Returns showing evidence of:

  • Tampered security tapes
  • Broken silicone hygiene rings
  • Biological residue
    Will be immediately destroyed without refund.
